As Director of Human Resources, Chasity has been a vital part of our team since 2021, bringing with her more than a decade of experience in human resources. She is a SHRM-certified Senior Professional (SHRM-SCP) and is deeply committed to building strong teams, fostering positive workplace culture, and supporting employees at every stage of their career journey.
In her role, Chasity oversees all facets of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Her comprehensive approach ensures that our people are supported, engaged, and empowered to perform at their best.
